Cost Sharing Exemption

The legislation on this important measure was passed in July and HMRC has issued their guidance. There is an increasing degree of interest from a variety of sectors in this new arrangement, the details of which can be found in VAT information sheet 07/12.

We have run a number of sessions for clients covering their finance, property & business development teams in order to enable organisations, that may be able to benefit, to consider the full potential impact of establishing a Cost Sharing Group.
