UK Budget Date 6 March 2024

A date to enter into your new 2024 calendar will be the 6 March when the Chancellor will share the details of the Government's Budget plans for taxation and spending. 

As any general election has to arise before January 2025 this March will see the last Budget of this current term. Surely something to add a bit of anticipation to the event itself.

VAT and Environmental Tax changes do have the habit of arising at any point in the year, we've changes to the VAT treatment of the supply of Energy Saving Materials from the 1st Feb 2024 to reflect on already. It's important to ensure you can access VAT support to keep you up to speed therefore.
